You're publishing more than ever. Nothing is moving.

I'm Jen Zimmerman. I run content and SEO for five brands across regulated healthcare, DTC ecommerce, and B2B services, and I fix the gap between ranking well and getting named in the answer. I built the production systems behind the work, I set the standard they're held to, and I edit every line before it publishes.

5 brands, 3 business models. Regulated clinical, DTC ecommerce, B2B services

Five brands, not one lucky page. The smallest grew 17%, the largest 160%, and one fell 28%. That one fell because it was told to mirror a stronger sibling domain instead of differentiating, and Google consolidated on the stronger one.

Why a page that ranks can still be invisible

When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity what to buy, the answer comes from a small set of sources the model already trusts. Most brands don't know which ones those are in their category, or why they aren't one of them.

That's why publishing more stops helping. The model isn't ranking your page. It's repeating whoever explained the thing best and got quoted for it.

Two things make this feel unfixable: the answers move, and every tool measures them differently. Neither means it's random. It means you measure it like anything noisy. Same prompts, same way, long enough to see a trend instead of a reading.

How the work gets made

Build the system. I build custom AI agents and workspaces for the parts of content production that don't need a human in the chair: competitor monitoring, scoring drafts against a written standard, pre-publish compliance review, query and gap research. The system drafts. It does not decide.

Set the standard, then enforce it. Every piece is scored against a written standard before it goes near a page. In a regulated category, a claim either has a source or it doesn't get made. I'm cleared to publish healthcare and medical billing content without a second reviewer, which means the standard is the only thing between a draft and the public.

Edit every line. Nothing publishes that I haven't read and rewritten by hand. The system gets the structure and the research right. The part where it sounds like a person wrote it is still me, and it's still the whole job.

Prove it. Every number on this site comes from a Search Console export. When a brand loses traffic I say so and explain why, because that's the part that tells you whether I know what I'm doing.

Where I’m most useful

If you're trying to figure out whether your brand shows up in AI answers, or why it doesn't, that's the conversation I'm most useful in.
